Faucet privacy
The faucet uses GitHub to authenticate requesters. Any authenticated GitHub account may claim. It retains only your GitHub ID and username; it does not request repository access or your email address. The GitHub access token is discarded after verification.
An HTTP-only session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 24 hours. Session records contain your GitHub ID and username. Signing out removes the current session. Expired sessions and OAuth states are cleaned up when new sign-ins occur.
To enforce request limits, the faucet records your GitHub ID, destination wallet, token amount, request status, and transaction signature. Network addresses are stored as keyed hashes, not raw IP addresses. Claim receipts are retained for 30 days; completed records older than that are removed during cleanup. Unresolved requests can remain longer for reconciliation. Attempt records are kept for up to 24 hours, subject to cleanup.
If CAPTCHA is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile processes verification signals, including your network address, to help prevent automated abuse. GitHub, the hosting platform, and the Solana RPC provider have their own privacy policies and operational logs. A private review deployment also requires the hosting platform's sign-in.
Transfers are public on Solana devnet. Wallet addresses and transaction data written to the chain cannot be removed by signing out. Never enter a seed phrase or private key on this website.
